Educational Consultancy Registration In Kathmandu,Nepal

Registration procedure

• Step 1: Register your facility with the Office of the Company Registrar as a company. (Link: full process of company registration)
• Step 2: Get tax registration certificate from Inland Revenue Department (IRD) same as your company address. (Link: full process of VAT Registration)
• Step 3: Obtain necessary permits: You may also need to obtain additional permits or licenses, such as a foreign employment license, depending on the nature of your consultancy services.

Required documents

• Photocopy of Certificate of registration, MOA and AOA (Prabandhapatra, Niyamawali)
• Copy of citizenship certificate of all shareholders (link)
• Stamp of the company
• Certificates of at least two counselors certified by TITI (Training Institute for Technical Instruction)
• PAN/VAT certificate of the company (Income Tax Registration)
• MOU with at least two colleges/universities of any foreign country.
• Bank confirmation letter of the company/firm
• Details of the company’s policies, operations and share certificates.
• Details and certificates of language instructors or test preparation tutor.
• Rent Agreement of at least two years.
